Nevermore überlassen. Das ist wahnsinnig lieb und ich bin unheimlich gerührt über diese Geste. Ihre Photo-Strecke ist inspiriert von Edgar Allan Poes berühmtem Gedicht

Degenerotika's new collection
Nevermore.
That is incredibly sweet of her and I am deeply moved by her gesture. Her series of photos is inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's famous poem
The Raven.
So here is Degenerotika's wonderful new collection:
NEVERMORE (New Collection 2013 by Degenerotika)
Darkness there and nothing more
Eagerly I wished the morrow; - vainly I had sought to borrow
From my books surcease of sorrow - sorrow for the lost Lenore -
For the rare and radiant maiden whom the angels named Lenore -
Nameless here for evermore.
Und ich dachte, wär’s doch Morgen, und vergebens wollt’ ich borgen
Von den Büchern and’res Denken, als an das, was ich verlor.
An das Engelskind im Himmel, einstens meine Leonor’.
Ach, ich blieb doch wie zuvor.
Lenore
Till I scarcely more than muttered `Other friends have flown before -
On the morrow he will leave me, as my hopes have flown before.'
Then the bird said, `Nevermore.'
Willst Du jetzt nicht von mir lassen? Du entfliehst doch
über Nacht,
Wie die Freunde, wie die Hoffnung, die einst hat bei mir gewacht.
Nimmermehr! darauf er sagt.
Startled at the stillness broken by reply so aptly spoken,
`Doubtless,' said I, `what it utters is its only stock and store,
Caught from some unhappy master whom unmerciful disaster
Followed fast and followed faster till his songs one burden bore -

Wie das eine laute Wort scheuchte tiefe Stille fort,
Er vielleicht nur Solches spricht, wie es ihm sein Herr gelehrt,
Der auch einsam war und leidend und von aller Freude scheidend,
Bis sein Herz und auch sein Leben von dem Unglück ward zerstört

Ach! sein Schatten ragt so düster in der Lampe Purpurschein,
Meine Seele wird, ich fürchte, sich von dieses Schattens Dräu’n
Nimmermehr wohl ganz befrei’n.
