Wassermelonen sind echt lustig und lecker, aber meistens ziemlich unpraktisch:
ganz schön groß, schwer wie ein Sack Kartoffeln, beim Aufschneiden wird alles nass, die lustigen Kerne stören beim Essen und ohne klebrige Hände geht garnix.
Genauso lustig und unpraktisch ist die
Clutch "I Carried A Watermelon" vom italienischen Label
Charlotte Olympia. Ungefähr so groß wie das aufgeschnittene Original und inklusive der 625 €, die sie kostet, auch ungefähr genauso schwer, aber immerhin wird das Geld nicht nass. Auch die schwarz-glänzenden Samen aus Swarovski-Kristallen würde ich nicht essen, sie sind aber ebenfalls sehr schick und wenn nicht aus Angst, das gute Stück irgendwo unbedacht abzulegen, die Hände feucht und klebrig werden, wird es der Inhalt auch nicht. Für Veganer*innen ist sie im Gegensatz zu Wassermelonen allerdings nix, denn neben dem fuchsiafarbenen und grünen Satin besteht sie auch aus elfenbeinfarbenem Ziegenleder.
Auf alle Fälle ein absolutes
Must-Have und ab sofort auf meiner
Wunschliste! (^.^)
Watermelons are really funny and delicious, but mostly quite unpractical:
really pretty big, heavy like a sack of potatoes, when slicing everything turns wet, the funny seeds disturb while eating and nothing goes without sticky fingers.
Exactly the same funny and unpractical is the
clutch "I Carried A Watermelon" from Italian label
Charlotte Olympia.
Around as big as the sliced original and - including the 625
€ pips which it costs - about as heavy, too, but at least the money doesn't get wet. I also wouldn't eat the black-sparkling Swarovski crystal seeds, but they are very snazzy, too, and if the hands don't get wet and sticky out of fear of incautiously setting aside the extravagant piece somewhere, also the contents will not. However, in opposite to watermelons it's not suitable for
vegans since beside the fuchsia and green satin it's also made of ivory-coloured goatskin.
Still, an absolute
must-have and from now on on my
wish list! (^.^)
